MacBook screen frozen and can't shut off

does anybody know how I did this. Was using Chrome and the screen froze. Can still move the mouse but when I click something it won't work. Tried force shut off and it won't work either.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

You can always force a shut down by holding the power button/TouchID for ~6-10 sec.


Reboot as normal and see whats up.


Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac - Apple ...
