iTunes for Windows 10

I have Windows 10. It recently had to be reset to the factory settings. I just got some new tunes, but now when I try to play them, they only play on Groove, not iTunes. I need them to play on iTunes. I changes the default music player in "Default Apps" to iTunes, but they still play in groove. I clicked on "open with" but iTunes was not listed as an option, even after i went to "look for another app on this pc." How can I get iTunes to be my default music player? ITunes is on my laptop and it plays all the music in my iTunes library, but I can't add these new songs to the library if they only open in Groove.

Uninstall iTunes and then reinstall it. Your library will remain in place, although if you're not already backing it up along with your other important data now would be a good time to start.

Shouldn't this be a question to ask Microsoft?
