iPhone XS won’t restore

Hi there

I am looking for some help, I have an iPhone XS that was working fine and then it shutdown and restarted in recovery mode. The memory on the phone was full at the time and I was hoping to save all the memories on it but it has got to the point I would rather the phone was working. I think I have tried everything to get the phone to reboot but nothing has worked. Every time I get it connected to iTunes and starting to reboot halfway through the screen flashes white and it restarts in recovery mode again. To get the phone to connect to the computer I have to put it into dfu mode every time.
