Why isn’t my translator not working

I don’t know what is wrong with my translator app but when ever I want to say something with the microphone it says, “translator is unavailable at this time. Try again later” Then I would wait for 1 day so that I can be able to go back on it to see if it will work but it doesn’t. True translator will just repeat what it says over and over again. So does anyone know what to do?
