Powerbeats pro right earbud but does not work. How do you fix that?

We noticed that you reviewed Reset your Beats earphones which is a great article to help resolve this issue. Were you able to complete the steps there? If you've reset your Powerbeats Pro and the right earphone still does not work, we recommend that you check out Update the firmware of your Beats product next. If your Powerbeats Pro are paired with an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch firmware updates happen automatically with iOS updates so make sure your iOS device is up-to-date.
