How to add an Internet Radio stream to a permanent Playlist

Hi, I've made a web page that lists the Internet radio stations from iTunes that are not listed in Music if you need help tracking down your station. See iTunes | Internet Radio. Once the stream is playing in Music you can right-click the notification area at the top of Music and use Add to Playlist to save the stream to a playlist in your library, e.g. Internet Streams. You'll need to edit the name of the station manually once it has been added to your playlist.

I suppose I could update that list at some point, but there are more comprehensive resources available and my aim was only to provide an alternative for what was removed.
