Can not see profile in apple music

I cannot seem to find my profile for apple music on my iphone when i open the apple music tap select listen now and then click on the picture in the top right of the screen i do not get a menu to edit my profile and accept requests however this problem only seems to occur on my iphone because using itunes i was able to set up my profile and can edit it anytime however this is far from ideal

i have tried multiple troubleshoots but to no avail

i have restarted my iphone,i have changed restrictions,i am within the countries where find my friends is available, and i am running the lastest version of IOS at the time of writing 14.4.1

i read a bunch of discussions on this platform about this where most of the times the solution is to insure icloud music library is enabled but i can't even seem to find that option in settings

iPhone X

Hi Chuckiemclovin33,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! Let's get to the bottom of this together, to ensure the Apple Music app is soon working properly for you, and that you're able to access your profile.

To start, please turn off Low Power Mode for now, if it's enabled. Low Power Mode may prevent certain tasks from completing, so we'll want to keep it off for now. Here's a guide to help:

Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone - Apple Support

Once that's off, head into Settings > [your name] > iCloud, and verify that you're currently signed into iCloud on your iPhone. If so, and if you're still not seeing the option for your Apple Music profile, restart your device one time. A standard restart is best:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

We'd also like to share the following guide with some helpful information about your Apple Music profile:

Have a great day!
