How do I remove an app pop up on my Home Screen?

ZoGo App has been deleted but I continue to receive a pop up on my MacBook Pro Home Screen stating it can not be down loaded. How do I turn off or Remove this notice?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.2

Did you delete it proper way.

Safari > Preferences > Websites

Select "Notifications" in the sidebar.

When the apps's name shows up, select it and click" Remove" button at the bottom.
