Playlist

It sounds as though you were subscribed to Apple Music, but the subscription ended on March 15th, 2021. If the subscription has ended, that would be why the playlists have been removed. When the subscription ends you would lose access to songs from the Apple Music subscription, and your playlists. If these were playlists that contained music you purchased from the iTunes Store, or from other sources such as CD's, and they remain on your Mac or PC, you may be able to sync the playlists using the steps outlined in the following article.

When a subscription has ended you wouldn't be able to regain access to the playlists at a different time, even if you were to resubscribe through Apple the playlists wouldn't return. If you'd like to provide that feedback to Apple you can do so via the Product Feedback website.
