Apple Watch Never Delivered: Customer Service Nightmare
I ordered a watch that FedEx says was delivered, however, it was not. Aside from running around like a nutcase asking all my neighbors if they had it, calling FedEx and checking everywhere around my house (even the trash cans), I have been calling Apple near daily for an update on what will be done to rectify this. I have been told a different story every time I call. Just last week, a rep promised me a replacement would be on the way over the weekend. That time has passed and as of my posting, it's Tuesday and I have no update, so I called again. I was told there was no replacement shipped and I now need to wait until Friday for an UPDATE, not even a promise of a solution. Does anyone here have any useful information, aside from a canned response from a customer service rep telling me I need to wait and "have a great day", about how to rectify this? I am wondering if going to the store and asking for a replacement there is an option. For the record, I suspect the package was stolen by someone at FedEx.. I know all my neighbors, fortunately, and know it was not any of them. I've also launched several complaints with Fed Ex.
