Repair Turnaround
I sent my apple watch for repair from my local apple store on March 24th. Today is April 7. The gentleman in the store stated I'd have it back by the end of March, but when I check the status it states "We'll send you more details soon, or check here for updates." The problem was the screen was dead. It vibrated, and charged etc. but the screen wouldn't light up. Series 5. Is there someone I can speak to in regards to the status? I'm concerned it was never received since it was "sent out" and there's been an issue with shipping items in the last year due to COVID. I am part of a weight loss program, and not having my tracking is throwing me off whack :(
