Radeon Pro 555X 2 GB graphics card

My mac has a Radeon Pro 555X 2 GB graphics card. Will this work with Final Cut Pro?

Compatability with Final Cut Pro I have a 2012 iMac computer running macOS Catalina (10.15.7. Here are the specs from About Mac--iMac (27-inch, Late 2012), 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675MX 1 GB. Will this run Final Cut Pro? I note that the Graphics Card is a "675MX" as opposed to a "680". Will this make a difference? Will my Mac run Mac "Metal" graphics?

Is this on an iMac?

The 2017 iMac shipped with Radeon Pro 555 with 2GB of RAM.

I can't see any reference to a Radeon Pro 555X on a mac.

Any mac than can run a current OS can use FCP and if that is your mac it will work fine.

There is a page with a list of compatible graphics card but as Tom said this list does only apply to aftermarket cards, not the ones that shipped with macs from factory.

If it was the factory installed acrd, yes. Otherwise probably not.
