I used to run all the time with my Apple Watch and my Powerbeats and stream Spotify directly from my watch. All of a sudden I can’t select my watch as an option inside the watch Spotify app. Instead it only shows my iPhone.

A) Will Spotify Stream to another set of Bluetooth headphones (or speakers)?
B) Can you hear anything in the Powerbeats3 headphones. For example can you record and playback a Voice Memo? Or a phone call, or Walkie-Talkie connection with sound going through the Powerbeats3
That would help isolate if it was Spotify or your Bluetooth connection to the Powerbeats3
You need to reach out to Spotify for assistance with their app.
After a few million tests it appears all components are working and the problem is indeed with the Spotify watch app.
