What if you fix your iphone in local phone shops and the face id doesn’t work can i still send it to apple to replace it or repair it my device is under warranty

If your device is repaired by an independent repair shop (i.e., is not an Apple Authorised Service Provider - AASP), the repair will not have used Apple original parts. As such, when an unauthorised repair is detected, Apple will very likely decline to work on (or repair) the device. Any residual warranty will also be void.
