If your device is repaired by an independent repair shop (i.e., is not an Apple Authorised Service Provider - AASP), the repair will not have used Apple original parts. As such, when an unauthorised repair is detected, Apple will very likely decline to work on (or repair) the device. Any residual warranty will also be void.
