Hi, I bought a iPhone 8plus 2nd hand. It was free of iCloud account. I put my iCloud account and connected with laptop for restore from backup. But not its saying activation locked. Please help me to solve it . Thanks

You need to contact the vendor of the iPhone and have them remove the activation lock.
Without that the phone is useless to you.
