IPhone 12 pro max Apple Logo Flashing Screen glitch Problem turning on device

This is now the 3 Device replacement i have had with apple and and really upset that this keeps on happing to all 3 devices The startup the Apple logo flashes super bright for a brief second then the screen goes dark for about a 10 seconds before the Apple Logo re appears at normal brightness to finish the startup.

New iphone 12pro screen started flickering then bricked during initial setup Just got an iphone 12pro. Powered it up went through the initial part of the setup and restore process. Once the phone rebooted and came back up the screen froze and it restarted itself. When it turned off the second time, it would flash the apple logo on the screen randomly but would never come back up. It will not respond to a hard reload/reboot. Once I picked it up and it was on, I was able to unlock it but as soon as i went to settings, it froze and went off again. Has not come back on since. Appears to be completely bricked. Have never see this before dealing with hundreds of iphones. Any ideas?
