Not Receiving Mac Mail incoming Emails

MacBook Pro O/S 10.15.7

Some emails are getting blocked coming into my MacBook Pro. I have determined its due to the incoming email signature. An email will show on the webmail server but not on my MacBook. When I re-forward from iPhone to MacBook it shows "Downloading Messages" then does not appear in Mac Mail. When I delete the signature on the email to forward from iPhone to MacBook, it arrives (yes, I have re-loaded Mail, I have taken "off-line", all the standard net suggestions)

If no other solutions work, try setting up your email account again. To do that, remove your email account, then add the account back.
