iMac photos not uploading in Shutterfly

My photos in iMac are not uploading to Shutterfly or Snapfish. Anyone having the same issue?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

Photos greyed out for selection to upload to website I am having trouble uploading some of my photos from my Mac to a website. When I navigate to my photos from the website to select which photos to upload, some of the photos are "greyed out" (very random which ones are and which aren't). If they are greyed out I can't select them. If I access them directly from my iPhotos library or from my desktop they appear normal and accessible. Included a screenshot of how they appear

photos not uploading my photos are not uploading onto the imac although I can see them on my phone and on the icloud - they did up until the 22 march but have now stopped. the status saying uploading but its sat like that for ages. have tried turning on and off the upload on preferences and of course re-starting the computer....

Issues with selecting photos too upload. Hi, I am having issues with selecting photos to upload which are already in my photos on my I Mac, the photo album appears to be greyed out and just keeps searching when selecting photos. Can anyone help with this. Thanks, Glyn.
