Safari keeps reloading all websites infinitely

Hi,

I am using Macbook Pro 2017, Mac OS catalina 10.15.7 with Safari - Version 14.0.3 (15610.4.3.1.6, 15610).

Safari reloads all the webpages repeatedly with a message just below the URL bar. "The webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred".

I deleted the caches, cookies, uninstalled plugins and extensions and still the problem persists. I am not able to update the OS as the updates to the machine is managed by the organization. However the OS and Safari is up to date.

If any one faced this issue or know a solution to this problem, please let me know. I am also know if there is an easy way to reset the safari to the factory setting, apart from the safari cleanups I did.

Thanks in Advance.

Try 2 more steps for cleaning up:

Startup in Safe mode. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201262

To leave Safe Mode, click  in the menu bar and choose “Restart”

Quit Safari and relaunch holding the Shift key down.
