I purchased a new iPad mini last week. I used it all week, but last night it asked for my passcode. Since it loaded all my apps and data from my old mini, I assumed the passcode would be the same. It is not, and I’m now locked out. I don’t have a Mac computer, so none of the suggestions I’ve found on Google work. Help?!?

You don’t need a Mac to unlock the mini. You can use a Windows PC running the latest version of iTunes for this. A Chromebook will not work.
If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
Furthermore, it does not have to be your computer. It can be a friend or family member’s computer. You can also make an appointment at an Apple Store and they can help you.
