Roblox error

It keeps saying and error has occurred during this purchase.please try again later. If this is a problem please contact info.@roblox.com and it’s not even giving me the option to use any type of card and I read something that said it may have something to do with the apple wallet it won’t let me fill in any billing information I already contacted the app and they have no idea any body know what to do ?
