Keep certain files on your drive always?

There's a specific folder that will all of a sudden have the contents not downloaded, but instead on the cloud only. I'm fine with this happening for most other files and folders for the purpose of saving space, but for this folder I want everything inside of it to stay on the drive at all times. I read a post on here from June of 2020 about this topic but at that time there was no solution - let me know if there is now. ( Hoping for a setting that can be applied to that individual folder to keep it permanently downloaded)
