Can i replace AirPods if not bought from apple

You said you wanted these "replaced". Remember to read and interpret anything said on this forum very carefully. For example, in the first response there was no mention of warranty coverage. What was said was correct, Apple does have policies offering replacement for damaged or lost Airpod components but replacement is not free or at reduced cost unless they are covered by warranty or AppleCare extended warranty. That requires a dated receipt at time of sale which Apple can verify. If you bought your Airpods at some hole in the wall place down the street and even if they issued you with a receipt, Apple might not accept that as proof of purchase for warranty purposes. It would have to be from Apple itself or an Apple Authorized dealer. Without that level of proof then replacement would be as outlined in this link:
