"Upwards" Family sharing of iCloud storage.

I am a member of one Family Sharing group of which I am NOT the Organiser.

I have personally purchased 200GB of iCloud Storage for myself.

How can I do a Family Sharing with the Organiser's family of the iCloud Storage that I purchased?

That is, iCloud sharing being done "upwards", not "downwards"

You cannot. Only the family organizer can share their iCloud storage. It is not possible for family members to share their storage.
