Macbook pro 2019 Restore(Revive)error

I tried to update my macbook to Macos big Sur, but after this my macbook could not fully install the new OS because of T2 chip. Tried to restore my Macbook pro 13 2019 on T2 chip using the second Macbook. Apple configurator shows this error. Can anyone help with this?

Did you use the proper cable?

Did you connect the cable to the front left USB-C port on the 2019 laptop (the one you are trying to fix)?

I cannot read or translate the foreign language in the error message shown in a screenshot. I don't know if it may include any useful information to the issue and what to do. Apple does mention if the "Revive" doesn't work, then you will need to "Restore" the T2 firmware instead which will destroy all data on the SSD.

Here is the Apple article for "Restoring" or "Reviving" the T2 firmware (pay close attention to the details in the article for the ports to use and the cables required):

If you still have a problem, then you will need to take the laptop to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for assistance as it may indicate a hardware problem needing repair.

If the laptop reboots, then it should place the install log on the hidden "Update" volume on the laptop's internal SSD. I don't know if the log can be read from the command line in Recovery Mode or if you would need to copy the log to an external drive to be read using another Mac. It is hard to say whether the install log will contain any useful information, but it may be worth a try.

AFAIK if "Restoring" the T2 firmware doesn't work it will require replacement of the Logic Board unless some other component on the laptop is somehow interfering with the install.

Edit: If the error occurs before a system reboot during the macOS install phase, then I doubt there will be any log available. I forget the exact details on how the T2 Restore process goes although I've performed it a couple of times on our organization's Macs.
