Notification “Your Apple Watch is fully charged” on iPhone should ding and vibrate

On my iPhone, I get the “Your Apple Watch is fully charged” notification, but it is silent, so I don’t notice it. Sometimes I forget for hours, and worse, I may leave the house without it.

I would like this notification on my iPhone to produce a ding sound, and vibrate, and note the time of message.
