Ipad not updating, not answering

Hello, I tried to update the software of iPad, but getting the message that something went wrong and update cannot be found. If I try to open any of the Apps, it’s just like the iPad is not connected to the Wi-Fi and cannot reach the line (while Wi-Fi) is in fact connected.

Any suggestions?
