MacBook Pro

I now have blinking lines across the bottom of my screen and coloured vertical lines down the right hand side....happened after new update...I have followed quite a few suggestions on goggle without success and can't get in for support with local apple provider until next week....

Most likely the built-in Display is bad. You can confirm the diagnosis by connecting an external display. You may need to enable clamshell mode by closing the lid of the laptop to force video to the external display. If the external display works fine, then you have confirmed the problem and can continue to use the laptop until you can have it repaired.
