Is nfc scanner available in India?? I cant find it on my iphone 12 mini

Apple Pay is not currently available in India. For a full list of supported countries, check out this article: Countries and regions that support Apple Pay
Apple doesn't make an NFC scanning application, so we're unsure of what you're referring to with that portion of your post.
