Apple Pay issue - prompt screen out of nowhere

Hello, this morning a very weird thing happened.

Out from nowhere, with my iphone 11 pro on the table it suddenly waked up with an Apple Pay screen asking me to double click to pay.

There was no info on the screen to what i was supposed to pay. I immediately cancel it and digging trough wallet on the recent purchases there was nothing there. I did not use any other device or try to use ApplePay in any matter for purchases. Heck i was just having breakfast.

All my devices are secured, no other people in the house.

Really, really weird thing to happen that really concerns me.

Any idea of it might be?
