Thread [#] Crashed

Every day. Literally every single day with every single shutdown my computer crashes. I save every one of the very short crash reports. They all begin like this below: (I have cpu 10, 8, 6, 4, 0 in my current list of crash logs)

panic(cpu 10 caller 0xffffff8018ebfbe6): initproc exited -- exit reason namespace 2 subcode 0x4

panic(cpu 6 caller 0xffffff80144bfbe6): initproc exited -- exit reason namespace 2 subcode 0x4

panic(cpu 8 caller 0xffffff80186bfbe6): initproc exited -- exit reason namespace 2 subcode 0x4

Then they show one of these, where 6, 7, 8 are the most common, though I think it might crash on any of them:

Thread 6 Crash

Thread 8 Crash

Thread 7 Crash

I'm running a 12-core with new mac. I use the OWC Thunderbolt3 Pro external dock with dual monitors and a Thunderbay 6 RAID drive. It happens whether the raid is running or not, though, FYI.

I have read that this problem may relate to powernap mode. I have disabled and enabled it.

I am reluctant to say that the RAM in the machine was purchased from a reputable 3rd party source for fear that people will jump on blaming the RAM. And the reason is this: the ONLY reason that I purchased this computer is that I had been using a 2019 MBP and was having the exact same problem which worried me enough to warrant shelling out $10k for a new Mac.

Any hits would help. (Running OS 11.2.3)
