cancelled order

i ordered something yesterday, and it was charged to my card, but it still got cancelled by apple because of the shipping address (it was a freight forwarders address). i want to know if theres a way i can change the address, or get my refund and make a new order.

iPhone 7, iOS 14

Did you not read my second link? Everything you ask is answered in it!


"If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the

card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned

item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with

questions about when the credit will be posted to your account."
