i ordered something yesterday, and it was charged to my card, but it still got cancelled by apple because of the shipping address (it was a freight forwarders address). i want to know if theres a way i can change the address, or get my refund and make a new order.

Did you not read my second link? Everything you ask is answered in it!
"If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the

If the order was canceled by Apple, then it has been canceled. It was not charged to your card - what you see is a “Pending” charge. Reorder it.
