My daughter is on my Favorites and is an Emergency Contact for me on my iPhone 11. Yet, when I receive texts from her she is filtered into Unknown Caller and the texts are blocked. How can I correct this ridiculous problem? Please help!

We see calls and texts from your daughter are filtered to Unknown and or blocked.
To start isolating this issue, we'd recommend first checking her contact in the Contacts app. Confirm the number listed there is the number she's attempting to contact you from. If it is not, update the contact with the accurate info.
Additionally, under Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts, confirm her contact is not in the list. If it is, swipe left to remove it.
If the issue persists after that, remove and then recreate her contact in the Contacts app.
Let us know if the issue persists from there.
