Scrolling stutter on iPhone 11

Hi, I have started to notice a stutter while scrolling on my iPhone. Not sure when or how it started. It was intermittent at first but now I see it more and more. Sometime in Facebook or google or any other app. I have tried all the options given in various articles (full reset, stop background refresh etc.) but nothing has worked. I have enough space on the phone and have the latest updates. If anyone else is facing a similar issue would be interested in knowing if there is any solution. Apple support, on a call, did say that they have received similar complaints from other customers as well.
