My PC will no longer convert my files from ACC to MP3 using iTunes. It used to work fine. Now it shows that it's converting them, but when I check them they are still in ACC format. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

The Convert > Create ??? Version feature creates new copies in the chosen format. The original remain in place. Depending on the view options in force the new files may show up in a different area of your listing and thus not be immediately visible. Try the Songs view sorted as Album by Artist.

This is what I needed. I did not realize they were moved to another area after conversion. Thanks Turingtest2!
