I just updated my Mac to Big Sur and now I can not use what I purchased this Mac for, FCPX and Motion. These were installed as part of my package and now it states I must purchase these from the app store. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You purchased the applications preinstalled from Apple?

If you log into the App Store with the Apple ID used to buy the system, look in your Purchased page to see if they are listed there. If not you would need to contact support for the App Store.
