Safari 14.0.3 missing translate feature
MacBook Pro running macOS Big Sur 11.2.3.
My Safari always had a translate feature in the address bar. This is now missing. What's happened?

This is how my Safari used to look. The translate feature worked well.
However, a week or two ago, this feature disappeared... I can't get it back, even in System Preferences...
