I've broken my iphone X. But it has photos and videos on it which were not connected with icloud. I need all these files for my work, how can i get it back? and it is possible?

The display is broken. And it is black all the time. I cant connect iphone and laptop by Itunes. The problem is that i have an awful experience with my first buying iphone. The other person has sold me the phone which was delivered under warranty.
I ve bought a new one, and the repairing will cost me a fortune
