my phone kept saying it was full, i would delete things and it would magically be full again. i noticed over 7gig of other system files that had not been there before trying to make me upgrade my phone by making it unusable. today, my i plugged it to charge for the night, the phone lit up with the black screen of death and the apple logo in white. my mac does not recognize it as being plugged into it in the finder as suggested in this thread. i tried the force reboot by plugging it into itunes. but itunes was removed by apple and replaced with apple music. i can't install an older version of the app because my operating system is too new. i can't update to bigsur because my accounting software and full adobe suite of applications do not work on it, so I could not work either.

nothing is working with my phone, it will not turn off or boot. i need help, does anyone know of anything that can get it to boot?
