I need to disable an iPhone and a MacBook

I recently purchased an iPhone 12 Max and a MacBook Pro for a woman who turned out to be swindling me. I understand that the items are lost and that I will pay for them. What I want to do is disable the phone and, if possible the laptop and deny them any use. I also want to cancel the Apple Care policies on both. The order numbers are: **** and *****. I am hoping for help from you in this matter.
