iPhone XR Stuck During Erase & Reset
What do i do when my iphone XR is stalling and not progressing during an erase and restart to get to factory settings? I can't turn off or get it to do anything.

Hello Scott,
It sounds as though you're wanting to erase your iPhone to factory settings, and you did so by going in to Settings > General > Reset. To clarify, is the iPhone trying to erase and is unresponsive during this process? If so, it may take sometime for the erase to complete as expected. If the device doesn't erase you may have to attempt a force restart as outlined in the following article.
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
If the issue continues, you may have to place the iPhone in to recovery mode, and restore the iPhone to factory settings using a computer.
