camera rotation lock

iPhone 12 Pro Max and with auto rotate locked the camera still rotated when turning upside down. How do I get the camera to lock rotation? I’m running IOS 14.4.2

The camera captures view in all direction and is true on all cameras, whether you have rotation lock or no.
