Wireless printing and compatability

It is Epson's responsibility and decision to support this printer on any macOS operating system, and they stopped providing driver and software updates in the 2014 - 2015 timeframe. The age of these drivers indicates that the 64-bit compatible driver support necessary for Big Sur compatibility does not exist from Epson. This device is not supported by Apple's built-in AirPrint either.

As @VikingOSX points out - not Compatible Drivers from Epson for Big Sur. May explore other options with Gutenprint Printer Drivers but do good homework before attempting.
