Hi, my son bought me an Apple TV HD a few weeks ago and created me an Apple ID.
I had a look at the instructions for claiming the 1 year free promotion here: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT210627, and I've logged into the Apple TV, however in the Apple TV+ channel page in the Apple TV app I can't find a "Enjoy 1 Year Free" option - only "Start free trial. 7 days free" Are you able to tell what I'm doing wrong?

The offer is available to users that get a new qualifying Apple device from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller.
The offer is for the first registered user of that new device. Second-hand devices do not qualify.
