iTunes is disabled

My phone and my other Apple devices are unable to download, upload, and update apps. when trying it says "your iTunes is disabled" tho I'm not sure how that happened. How do I fix this?

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
