If your iPhone is frozen, try this:


1. Quickly press Volume Up,

2. Quickly Volume Down

3. Press and hold the Power Button.


Release when the phone reboots.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. We understand your iPhone is stuck on the screen to "Swipe to unlock". We are happy to help provide some guidance.


Have you tried swiping the screen up from the bottom to see if it gets passed that screen? If not, give that a try to see if anything changes:


Wake and unlock iPhone


If the device seems to be frozen or unresponsive, try restarting the iPhone and try unlocking again:


If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
