Howdy my i phone 11 is stuck on the lock screen, force restart didn't fix it this time

i ph.one 11 will not work its stuck on lock screen. i can not swipe up the restart hasnt worked. what can i do?

Please follow the steps in the following link for support with this issue: If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly
