No, Feedback is a black hole. Nothing comes out of it unless and until Apple has enough requests for a specific feature and decides it can be added safely without impacting content security. Things that have been requested have appeared later as features, however.
This is an interesting one; before Apple added iCloud syncing for messages you could always restore messages by restoring a backup to the phone. This would restore everything, not just the backup, but it was a way to get a message back if you were desperate, or you could use a backup viewer app on your computer to see the message (but not restore it). When iCloud sync was added messages were no longer stored in a backup (nothing that syncs is in a backup); at the time message sync was added Apple added the “Are you sure?” dialog when deleting a message. Then people started complaining about the dialog.
