I tried to factory reset my Macbook, but when I went to reinstall MacOS, it said there wasn’t enough storage to install it. I went back to storage and saw the majority of it was taken up by “other volumes.” How can I delete the other volumes and reinstall MacOS?

If you wish to “factory reset” your Mac, you need to actually erase the drive.
These instructions should have removed all of the Volumes in the container: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208496
If you did that, use disk Utility to remove Macintosh HD - Data, or boot into Internet Recovery and erase the entire device. You may have to “Show All Devices” from the View popup menu to select the drive device and not just one of the Volumes.
