What do I do if I canceled a subscription but the company Is still trying to charge me for it? The company I'm talking about is a workout app called noom.

I had a subscription that went one day past the free trial, but I canceled it and wasn't charged. About two weeks went by and the company tried to charge me ($149) twice. There wasn't enough money in the account so thankfully it didn't go through. Now it's been almost a full month and they have tried to charge me 4 more times, all unsuccessful attempts due to me not keeping money in this account. When I go to the cancel subscription via iTunes, it doesn't even show this subscription coming up as an expired app or in my list of purchases. HELP!

Please read this link to learn "How to cancel a subscription from Apple" Click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT202039

Note:

• "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then.

• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

• If you don’t cancel trials more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.

• If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the very bottom of the support document

"If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed", click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT212052

If you still can't find a subscription, contact Apple Support using the link at the end of the support article.
